Design, Manufacture and Supply of Premixed Certified Concrete

Kidner Contracting Concrete operates a Quality Assured Certified Concrete Batch Plant conforming to requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and AS/NZS 2016 standards. The Concrete Batch Plant procedures and processes are strictly controlled, in order to comply with regulatory requirements.

Third Party BSI Group Australia conduct regular audits on the Quality System Certificate Number FS 605208 to ensure appropriate standards are maintained. Providing customers with a strong, reliable and quality pre-mixed concrete. With an efficient service to enable all customers to complete their projects on time and on budget.

Kidner Contracting Concrete can supply and delivery of the following:

Adjustable discharge rates from 1m3 to over 35m3 per hour of quality concrete from stabilised sand to high strength structural concrete mix designs can be achieved.

A Mobile Concrete Batch Plant is also available for hire, for use on site at the customer’s premises, where larger quantities of concrete product are required.

Tilt mix
Concrete wall panels utilising Tilt Mix may be cast on site and lifted into place also water proofer can be added to exterior panels.

Quick mix
High early strength development to allow lifting of panels soon after casting.

Exposed mix
With a wide range of Products to add to your mix to make a unique appearance exposed surface to suit your desires.

Colour mix
By adding our exciting colours from our Colour Mix range, you can create a look as natural as nature itself.

Polish mix
Something different from the usual floor coverings like tiles and floorboards. Giving you something stylish and modern but hard wearing. Our Polished Mix range can provide a look that will enhance your home or project, by adding Colour Mix and or Exposed Mix can make a real unique look.

We also supply sStabilised sand & all forms of grout and spray mix.

Quarrying & Crushing

We have a gravel pit at Ravenshoe Quarry. These provide a full range of products, including base and sub-base unbound pavement materials for road, civil and on-site works.
